I am trying to download some torrents in my university which has a proxy handling.
I used to use certain trackers that seem to be working smoothly in the university without problems, in spite of the idea that many trackers are still not running in our university.
However, I have noticed recently that these trackers show a quite big number of seeders (187 seeders) with current active seeders are still 0!!!!!
I have no download speed at all!!
I am stuck at 67% of the torrent.
The tracker is the PublicBT tracker.
Any solutions?
