First off my internet connection is terrible. 130 kB/s is about as fast as it goes with upload speeds topping out at 15 kBs. This is the fastest internet that is available in my town. That being said downloading is decent, Youtube videos load relatively fast. I know there are way faster connections that download in at least 5 or 6 mB/s probably even faster.
My problem is I'm using uTorrent to download something and it has alot of seeds and peers (1500 seeds and 10,000 peers to be exact) but my downloads are only going about 15kB/s. It'll be awhile until it finishes. Can anyone explain how I can maximize the download speed when this occurs?
(I've configured everything correct to my knowledge in the settings i.e ports forwarded, download speed set right)
