Toshiba Satellite - Recovery CD/DVD?

My computer has a virus and once I thought I had backed up all my files I deleted the entire contents od the D: - Problem is that is where the System Restore files were kept I think and now I can't restore my system to factory settings. Is there any other way I can do this or a disc I can get/purchase??
Please help if you have any ideas.

Also how do I know my model number I think I have an L350?
