Toshiba Sattelite a215-s7422 Card reader problems?

So Everytime I put in my SD card the little blue light shows up saying that its reading the card but my computer won't bring up the SD card anywhere.. I tried installing the drivers again.. Device manager says its all good I just can't get it to work.. I really wanna put music on my phone and it's just being MAD lame.. Anyone know how to fix this is or had this problem before?
 
[FONT=&quot]It’s just installed Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium on my Toshiba satellite . Previously and download the drivers for my model from Toshiba website and setup them after installing. After all I had the Base System Device error on 3 devices in device manager. With installing windows update one of them solved. [/FONT]
