toshiba sattelite laptop disconnects from wireless internet...? please help!!!!?

when i am using my laptops wireless internet it will disconnect me in 30min or so and i dont know why, it will say that it cant find any wireless networks in range, IT IS NOT THE ROUTERS PROBLEM, i am within 5ft of the router, if it was the wireless router it should still show up other networks that have shown up before, the only way to temperarly fix the problem is to restart the computer which means loosing what i was doing and have to wait for it to turn back on
