Toshiba Sattelite Pro Won't Load?

When I turn on my computer, it goes to the loading black screen with the loading bar at the bottom and Microsoft underneath it, it won't go past this screen. I left it loading on this for over an hour before turning it off, and it then went to system recovery when i turned it back on. I've tried a restore point, still no load, and also checked to see if there were any disk errors, nothing. Apparantley it's something to do with improper shut down which is making my windows corrupt, all i want to know if there is any way i can fix this, or even just reset to factory settings or something.

TOSHIBA RESTORE.

1) Hold down the power button for 10 (ten) seconds to switch off your machine.

2) Press and hold the 0 (zero) key and at the same time, tap the power button once to switch on your notebook.

3) When the machine Starts beeping; release the 0 key.

4) When prompted by the warning screen; select Yes to continue with the system recovery.

5) Select Recovery of Factory Default Software; click Next.

6) Select Recover to out-of-box state click Next again.

7) Click Next to Start recovery.
