you can do it on itunes. go to apple or just liiok up how to make ringtones in itunes. Once it's saved on te computer, you can put it anywhere you want, of on anyphone via USB or SD card.

Here's how i get my ringtones...
Get the track you want and get it on your PC/Laptop then transfer the mp3 to your phone, via bluetooth or use a USB cabel (you'll have one of these supplied with your phone) and once you got it transfered to your phone, use your phone setting to set the track as your ringtone!
