Train a Corbin to come to u with a simple sound. Any tips?

I am 13 years old and my mum has gotten me a pet crow/raven and I would like to teach him to come to me when I call him he is a few weeks old and can't fly because he was neglected by his last care wild life care taker. His tail feathers fell out. Ecauss they were too heavy. He can't fly so I want him to learn to come when I signal. Can anyone help me?
