Training for snowboarding.. Bike riding..Inner knee pain?

I'm starting some what of a training myself for snowboarding.. .. My training program for myself is Mobility training, Cardio, Flexibility training, Leg strength training, and Balance Training. If theres any cool things like stretches or games or anything you'd like to tell me that would be sweet, Also i got a new mt. bike and i took it out today for 30 min. weaving down the streets around my house. Although i was pushing myself, and when i got back my breathing was pretty weazy (Im a smoker, i know.. bad!!) I felt fine psychically, except for my right kneee, it was in pain and felt slightly wobbly.. Any idea what thats from? Any idea how i can prevent that from happening?? Also any tips or things you could tell me to get hte most out of my bike rides?? THAT WOULD BE SWEET THANKS
