...on skills (shadowboxing, sparring)? how should i incorperate my exercise time (weight lifting, plyometrics, body weight exercises, etc.) with my time working on my boxing skills (sparring, bag work, shadow boxing, etc.). Should i exercise before i work on my boxing skills or after? Or should i exercise on different days? I take the weekends off and im in the gym 4 or 5 days through the week. Weight lose or gain does not matter to me.
