transferring pictures from Motorola razr onto computer?

I recently got a USB cable for my old Motorola razr with the hopes of transferring the pictures and videos onto my computer, but i cant seem to figure it out. I searched for Bluetooth devices but the phone isn't picking up my computer. Any help would be appreciated.
