Traveling from HPN Airport to the Bronx(throggs Neck)?

Hi there... Originally from The Bronx, now live in Orlando, FL. In the next week & a half I will be flying into the Westchester County airport for the very first time. My Question is how can I get to the Throggs Neck section of the Bronx without having to grab a "money hungry" taxi?
My flight arrives on a wednesday morning around 10:30am, so I would like to make this transition as smooth as butter!!
