travelling on plane with a baby , have some questions?

in a months time we are going on holiday for two weeks in dubai my baby will be 4.5 months then. my question is will they allow me to take powder milk on board the plane in dispenser. its a 7 hour flight so im going to need lots of bottles . my mum has my sons milk over there and a steriliser etc . has any one got any tips for traveling im worried.
