Trojan alert everytime i turn on my laptop?

well, here is my problem, everytime i turn on my computer, my antivirus says that it has removed a trojan from windows folder. Everything stays fine until i restart it and the same message appears again and again. What's the problem with it?

I'm using Windows 7 and Microsoft Security Essentials
