I'm trying to connect my DVR motorola dch3416 tor my video recorder to copy an old recording that is very important. I have tried both S-video cable and my old RCA audio and video cables. With both of these methods I get the video fine but no audio at all. I can't use a firewire method becaue my laptop doesn't have a firewire port. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Comcast representative doesn't know how to help me .
