This question is for truck popahs in Houston TX. I want the truck of my 2007 Monte Carlo SS to talk to them hataz, gold diggahz, etc. How do I install neon lights? Is it best to install bolt on or weld linear actuators? What other tips can you give me to make my truck POP?
