I'm going out to eat and I'm trying to eat healthy, but the restaurant I'm going to doesn't have a nutritional menu. I picked out two things that seem like good choices, but which do you think would be the best?

1. Grilled Chicken Salad: Served over Organic Tatsoi, Navel Orange, Toasted Almonds, and a Orange-Lavender Vinaigrette. (Seems good but I know that salad dressings can be high in fat/calories.)

2. Vegetables Bowl: Sautéed Market Vegetables, Crispy Wontons, Ginger & Garlic served over rice. (If I got this I would make it a point not to eat too many of the "crispy wontons" and go light on the rice.)

What do you think?

Get the 2nd one with vegetables and make sur eu drink water... The first choice has calories due to dressings..the 2(d one is better! enjoy ur food!

def. salad. dressing on the side. vinergarettes are actually quite healthy so use about half the side dressing.

ask for the salad without the dressing. It's defo the better option of the two.
Hope I help :)
