I am 17 years old and i only weigh 115 pounds i have been trying to gain weight really badly and i have been working out for few months now, and i was advised by all my friends that i should buy some products from GNC: So far this is my work out items\plan:
The products:
Isomass (gain weight & Muscle )
Kirkland Multi vitamin (Vitamin supply)
Kre alkyline : monohydrate creatine
SuperPump250 No explode, Or jack3d because i get tired after a while so i need a boost.
Morning:
Multi-Vitamin- Kirkland Daily Multi,
Protein Shake- Isomass
Pre-workout:
Creatine: Kre Alkyline
No explode OR superpump250 OR Jack3d
Post workout: Protein shake: Isomass
at Night:
Protein shake: Isomass
Thats my products and my workout plan along with my regular meals...
Anyways i was wondering what other products i should consider buying...
