Trying to lose 5 -10 lbs but how can I fix my psychology of healthy eating?

I gained a lot of weight from eating too much healthy food. ie, too much nuts, oils, beans, lean protein,sweet potato, yogurt... etc... I don't need this much food i KNOW but when i finish eating a meal and ESPECIALLY when i come home from eating out, i feel like i have to eat another meal. Nibbling these nuts makes me want to eat that vegetable then eat the beans then the tuna then the.. and before i know it i did it again! It's almost unconsciously done. How can i fix this psychological mentality that i HAVE to eat? My stomach doesn't tell my i'm hungry. No "pull" for food. Nothing! Just my hands and my brain saying that is healthy. eat it. that is healthy. eat it. This is how i am gaining unwanted weight!
