Tuner type car Or Muscle Car?

I have about a 10,000 dollar limit to choose between cars.
i Either want a tuner type car(i was thinking Civic si)
or a muscle car(was thinking mustang GT) im looking primarily for engine and performance and a little for looks. i also considered a gto.
Feel free to suggest others though : )

s2000..best of every world, sure it's a 2 seater, but the engine is rock solid, there fast as all get out, and parts are wicked cheap....plus it's great looking and can be had for around your price range for an older one.
