Turn WHOLE Document 90 Degrees And Full Screen?

Basically, I created this advertisement for school with Publisher 2007. The problem is, the school only has Publisher 2003 so some of the stuff will be messed up when I open it. So now I want to take a screenshot (snipping tool) of the advertisement. In portrait view, i can only fit it with 85% zoom but I want it AS BIG AS POSSIBLE because I need to print it. So how can I turn the WHOLE document 90 degrees and make it full screen. (And being able to take a snapshot with snipping tool Windows 7)
