u torrent + BitTorrent problem?

i am downloading a .iso file of a game conflict desert storm II ... while i was downloading a strange error appear it says erroe and further says : the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process . ( write to disk ) ---- this is the error .. whats happening. what needs to b done... problem in both U nd BIttorrent. same file

2. What you are downloading is illegal because you aren't paying for it.
3. If this is reported which it will be Yahoo can give it to authorities. (In other words track you down)
