Hi, I was hoping somebody could help me figure out what could happen to somebody in the military for spreading false rumors that could be very damaging to someone's career? To sum up the whole of the story, there is a certain individual (who is an e-2) at my command who has been pushing boundaries to see what she can get away with. She wore bedroom slippers to morning muster and tried to say that her "tennis-shoe chit" allowed for soft shoes. she continuously wears her hair past her collar, wears her bluetooth in uniform, and disappears for long periods of time during the workday. Well, she works with all-male superiors who never really did anything to stop it. recently though, a female e-5 checked in and started correcting her with verbal warnings and counseling chits. the males now back the female e-5 because they say she knows the female regulation better than them. And now the e-2 is jumping the chain of command and going to talk to the e-8 we work for, telling him that she is being discriminated against and that the e-5 is racist and that's why she continues to correct her.

Well, she told our e-6 today that this "racist" e-5 had a problem with all 3 black people who work there, but 1 is gone and the other one said he never felt like they had a problem. So she was obviously lying when she pulled the race card. is there anything that she could get in trouble for now, like slander, since she is calling the one girl racist and unprofessional and everybody in the shop agrees with the e-5?
hey jets- you're a freaking idiot. i AM in the navy, dumbshit. we call morning quarters MUSTER. PT is what we refer to exercise as. and she is NOT required to PT due to NAVY PREGNANCY INSTRUCTIONS. thanks for the info on the article 15. I am enlisted, but i don't make it a daily activity to commit to memory every article of the UCMJ. i have a life. hence why i'm asking here. Males are allowed to correct females; but our males did not correct her because they were unsure of the fem,ale regs and for some reason never looked them up. so thanks for making a fool of yourself by trying to make me look stupid. try again. P.S. the jets suck as much dick as you do.

Okay well first off there is no way that your a member of the united states armed forces it is called PT I don't know where muster came from and secondly a female doesn't need to correct a soldier on their appearance male do it as well why because my plt sgt has chewed our asses if our uniform was unclean or unironed so I know that no one walking around that base saw her and said nothing and bedroom slippers!?!? Gtfoh you still do PT you walk at a slow pace and there is no way she came to formation like that and got away with it either your a troll or uncle Sam is fucking up bad you don't even know your ranks but to answer your question yes you can receive an article 15 for making false reports if your enlisted as you say you'll already know what that is

My advice would be to stay out of it and just let the higher ups deal with it!
