UFC 88? What to expect??

I have never been to a fight in my life- im going with my boyfriend in september. I got him tickets for his birthday, but I want to know what to expect...
I know he really wants to meet rich franklin, and chuck liddell- is that possible at a fight? do they have signings?
or does anyone know how to find out where the weigh ins are the day before?

Chuck and many other fights normally offer people to party with them at various studios of the casinos. After Victories.
