UFC 88? What to expect??

I have never been to a fight in my life- im going with my boyfriend in september. I got him tickets for his birthday, but I want to know what to expect...
I know he really wants to meet rich franklin, and chuck liddell- is that possible at a fight? do they have signings?
or does anyone know how to find out where the weigh ins are the day before?
