Something has happened and our travel plans are up in the air and re need to find transport fast. We have a driver with plenty of years experience and have thought that renting a car might be best for our situation.
However, a few months ago, she had a near miss with a police car and i believe she has had points or marks on her license because of this - she did not hit the car from what i know but i believe she got into trouble.

We've checked one site and they said that incidents like that means she cant hire a car but we have checked other sites like Enterprise and Hertz and scowered the site and we cant see any terms like this in their rental agreement - only driving for xx years, full valid license etc etc etc but nothing about incidents.

Can anyone verify or direct me to their pages where this might be documented or if they can confirm that the near miss might not be a problem.

it's sadly kind of urgent we get travel :(
