see, either the issue is with the writing speed or the format of CD.
use nero and make it a music CD, it will run well. and look what is reading speed for your player.

my guess, it's your Car CD player... not all of them are designed to read non-professionally made cd's.
also, are you sure that you burned it in a CD Audio format and not a digital (mp3 only) format.
There is a difference between a CD Audio format (like what you buy from the store) and an MP3 format.
The MP3 format is basically storing all the files in a raw form like on a floppy disc or on your HD. The audio format converts the files into a "CD PLAYER" format. The two are not the same.
Your cd player (in your car) has to have MP3 Player capability to play MP3 Discs. AND It also has to have the capability to play home made CDs.
