...motor vehicle inspection?
I recieved an answer from (vipassan) that made absolutely no sense. First he/she said (NONE) and then he/she said even though it may be (Exempt) The last time (last year) i was in N.C. i was given conflicting answers by DMV employees themselves. I was hoping someone had (REAL) N.C. DMV info. Or could direct me to it. (Real Info) Thanks
