unlocking iphone 4, OS 4.2?

is there any software out yet to unlock 4.2? or any idea when dev team or any of the other hacker groups will create software to do this? I need to get off rogers..

I don't know any dev team to Unlock it...But i will help you to Unlock it simple and quick,To unlock it from Network lock You can use the remote unlock service from here
Prounlocking.com and unlock it...Then you can use with any GSM Network...
