Steffi Oesterreich, Ph.D., an expert in estrogen receptor biology and action, has been appointed director of education for the newly formed Women's Cancer Research Center at the University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute (UPCI) and Magee-Womens Research Institute (MWRI).
