You can do it from your phone. Options icon - Advanced Options - Wireless Update - Check for Updates You can also use Desktop Manager When you plug your phone into your computer and open Desktop Manager you will be informed that a new OS is available and you can install it. You can also go here: http://us.blackberry.com/update/ Plug your phone into your computer and click Update your software
