Uploading photos to my ipod itouch 4G?

after i sync my photos in my ipod theres no photo inside my ipod itouch photos app section i tried chaing their format from jpg to png and then POOF! still nothing... and you know they say that programmers who developed this system they dont pay a lot of attention for this particular bug/glitch because its NO BIG DEAL! are you serious we pay alot of money for this SHIT and we expect it to work properly for us if thats the case its not good enough for me or us i mean its really unfair and its a REALLY BIG DEAL for all of us...
any ideas??
