I have movies and music videos saved to my computer already, and want to upload them to my iPhone and iPod via iTunes, but i dont know how... Any Help? Thank You!
First, plug your Iphone into the PC via a USB.
Then open up iTunes.
Click and drag the movies and music videos into the folder labeled "movies"
Then your done.
