Urgent txt message?? on rant?

idk wat i did but every time this certain person txts me it says "message marked as urgent" how do i take dat of??....Oh i have the rant from sprint.

To the best of my knowledge, there's no way to get rid of the "urgent" tag that I know of. If it was sent that way, it's received that way. Same with regular email.
