i just bought a rockford fosgate p2 12'' subs and it came with a boss 1600 watt amp. the rms is 800 and my question is, will i need a capacitor. i have a stock battery and a stock head unit. my friend said i wouldnt need the capacitor if i had the fuse hooked up to the amp to help the over flow of power. is this true? please help me .
