Used up 100% of your monthly usage,Rogers notification?

So i got the notification, i used up 100%, i have 25gigs per month. But i use my neighbours wifi like all the time. I dont get how if im using someone else internet i get that notification. And it says i have to pay an additional 2.50$ per extra gig, my mom hasent said anything about a larger bill, we get this notification like every 4 months, we have gotten it like 4 times since june. WHat is going on here?

What gives you the right to steel off your neighbour?

I hope your mummy takes away your computer, iPhone, and everything else. It's theft and you should be prosecuted, but to people like you being a thief is nothing to be ashamed of.
