Using IOS commands, how would you deny all other TCP traffic from Server...

...X to any destination? I'm not really great with IOS commands. I am using access-list 100

1) Allow all traffic not from server X.
2) Allow all traffic from server X that you do wish to allow.
3) Deny all.

Or

1) Allow all traffic from server X that you do wish to allow.
2) Deny all traffic from server X.
3) Allow all.
