I tried a winsock and tcip resetting program and that didn't solve anything either. Strangely my browsers work. It seems to have started when I had a program called security task manager remove iexplorer.exe because it seems to be infected with a trojan living invisibly in my recycle been which I can't get rid of.
Please, don't give me stupid point-gaming answers, I'll report you if you do, and for those of you who notice such stupid answers, please report them too.

I don't have a firewall up and am not using a proxy or using a router, so don't bother mentioning those.
