I know this is going to be such a vague question but here it goes. In the 1980s has a child I use to obsessively watch this cartoon but I can not remember the title of the cartoon.
There is this girl who has a magical locket and she has this big dog who in the introduction of each episode is asleep with a big bubble of snot coming out of his nose!
