well from what i can see, theres no fix. try turning phone off and on and seeing if that helps. if not, just deal with it or go get it checked out at a verizon store.
K take the back off of your phone there should be a sticker that has red line going threw it if it's all red like you can't see any white on there then verizon won't help you. But you can go down to verizon and get your phone replace for 50 dollars hats with outinsurance and that's only and only if that sticker on the back isn't all red but I they do have to replace your phone they can also get all yur data and from your all phone to your new phone but I do believe there is a charge like 15 dollar somethig like that hoped I helped and if your have anymore question please feel free too email me
