I was scheduled for verizon fios installation today. they told me they will be here between 8-12 in the morning and i was up since 8 waiting. It is 2:00 pm now and they still havent shown up. I started calling 3 hours ago to see where they are and i have not been getting an answer. I literally caled about 11-12 times and everytime they transfer me, put me on hold or tell me they will call me back because lines are busy and never call back! I'm going crazy calling them and it is doing no good! I have plans for today and this is just ridiculous!
Has anyone been though this? Is there something i can do? Like talk to there supervisor or something or not pay installation fee ? How can i make them pay!
