...WITHOUT an additional data fee? Say one of their phones offers a Wi-Fi browser... And I'm in a free Wi-Fi hotspot... Do I need to pay Verizon an additional fee to surf the web? Or does it depend on the phone?
 
assuming verizon hasnt locked down the wifi, then it will be free.
