Ok so my mum has had some old home movies transfered from VHS to DVD as she wants to cut out certain bits of my brother and his father to take a make a new dvd that she can add photos too and music and make a nice dvd for my brothers grandmother as his father passed away this year and theres not much footage of her son and grandson together. now its on VHS if i put it on the pc hat do i then need to be able to do to edit it and cut bits out etc...
