Video and audio out of synch with Windows Movie Maker?

I made a quick video with Windows Movie Maker, but when I play it back in Real Player, the bodies on the video aren't moving in sych with their voices.

I'm using .avi file extensions, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. I'm new to all of this, so any help would be appreciated.
