You have been caught with a virus. It makes your computer mis-behave, and the company who want you to send money to, are probably the same people who gave you the virus in the first place.
Try doing a System Restore, to a date before you got infected.
You ask if AVG would help, and in the same sentence you say you an't run it?..Odd.
There's a free download of 'Hijack This' available. See if that will run.It should help to clear your computer of any un-necessary software.

itunes, microsoft word and etc)? I'm having a virus problem. I've had this kind of thing happen to me before but believe it or not I prayed to god that it would go away a few months ago and it did. Yesterday I went onto the internet and I recall the virus thing popping up after I visited a website called onepieceofbleach.com or something. This virus shows that 34 things on my computer are infected and it won't allow me to open up anything except skype, mozilla firefox and internet explorer. When I click on anything, whether it's a video or document some crap pops up saying that the application cannot be executed and it says that it's infected then it asks if i want to activate my antivirus software now. i click it but I have to pay and I simply don't have the money. Do you guys know how I could fix this. Would AVG help(thats what my mom told me to download but for some reason it's can't be executed as well).
