Virus spyware what is it, my internet explorer is all messed up what the hell

is wrong with it? I've scanned for spywares and Viruses, got some and they got cleared out, I scanned twice for both viruses and spyware and they are gone after updating zone alarm, now I keep scanning for spywares and they keep coming up even if I clear them out. I got this annoying link opening up by itself through Internet explorer, don't click it:

What the crap can I do I'm getting sick of this, I just installed a brand new copy if vista
