I am currently living/working in Japan for 3 years now. Currently I have a US tourist visa. When I went to the US last year I married my long time GF but I have to go back to Japan because of my work. We have not talk about where we are going to settle (US or Japan). So she did not bother applying for Spouse visa or the F2A visa.
Question: Will my tourist visa still valid (expires 2018) and can be use to visit here this year? I hold a senior position in my current company and I do not intend to leave it soon.
More Info: My wife holds LPR and will be applying for US Citizenship by June of this year. She has a work, bought a house, she pays taxes, abides by the law, and she is pregnant. I on the other hand have a job, pays taxes and own Japanese working visa and US tourist visa. I have been to the US 2 times last year. Thank you.
