Vodafone contract Phone??? Samsung tocco?

Ok, the situation is I have a contract with vodafone about a wk ago I lost my phone in one of the shops, and rang vodafone up and claimed it on the insurance, good enough vodafone replaced it with the same phone.

But when I received it, it looked like someone had ran over the packaging the phone was ok no damage to that, but cos it is a samsung tocco and it is touch screen everytime I go into the menu or dial a number it sticks and takes ages to get into the menu as in I have got to keep on tapping it all the time to get it into the menu.

Is that normal or is the phone faulty? Please help me
 
the best thing to do is phone vodafone and get it repaired through manufactures guratee, for free, or insurance for like £25 exccess charge. the problem is only going to get worse and its best to get it sent wawy for repiar as soon as possible accidents do happen. please be nice to the person your talking too its not their fault
