Volvo Torsland? What size wind screen wipers will fit a volvo 240 93' reg Torslanda?

I have seen a few sets and a few different sites advertising wipers of different sizes they say will fit the 240. from 14" to 20" What is the correct size?
I want the wipers not just the blades.
