VW Jetta question 2001?

Ive been putting synthetic oil in my vw jetta 2001......can i add a qt of non synthetic oil.... will this hurt my car???

first if its a turbo car u defintly dont want to add regular oil. the oils wont mix but it wont break anything just wont mix so not good enough protection. now if its turbo i would recommend to use 5w40 synthetic oil. hope dis help u
